Me recuerdo cuando era pequeño me sentaba en el porche de mi casa por la noche y miraba hacia las estrellas. No les podia quitar la mirada. Voltiaba hacia mi hermano y le preguntaba, “Que abra mas aya de las estrellas? Hay algo mas.” Pero mi hermano menor nunca volteaba hacia arriba. Aún de niño mi pequeño corazon clamaba por algo mas. Un niño creyendo que había algo más allá de lo que el ojo natural podia ver. Yo presentia como si alguien me miraba. Yo me sentia fuera de lugar como algunos se sienten en este mundo. Es porque no somos de este mundo.
Las escrituras nomas hablan de un hombre que estaba ciego desde su nacimiento en Juan 9. Nacio en oscuridad. Jamas había visto en toda su vida. O, que manera tan terrible para vivir. El rostro de su padre y madre eran desconocidos para el. Las flores, montañas, y valles eran un misterio completo. Pero un día paso Jesus por allí. La escena cambio de algo terrible a algo extraordinario en momentos. Jesus lo envía al estanque de Siloe con lodo sobre sus ojos. El ciego va y se lava sin hacer preguntas, y recibe su vista. Por la primer vez en toda su vida el vio lo que la gente llamaba el sol. Me imagino que cuando iba a casa miro flores tan hermosas . Tenia tantas preguntas. Que es esto? Y esto? Acercandose a su casa escucha una voz muy reconocida. Era la mujer que lo habia cuidado toda su vida. Que momento tan especial. Un momento de lágrimas de gozo y alegria.
Hermanos y hermanas así mismo entramos a este mundo. La ceguera espiritual es algo tan terrible. Cuando Jesús viene a nuestras vidas miramos cosas que jamas habíamos visto. Es otro mundo lleno de gozo y alegria. Una paz que sobrepasa todo entendimiento. Lo mejor esta por delante. Como anhelamos ver el rostro del que nos llamo. Las cosas viejas pasaron; he aquí, son hechas nuevas.
2 Corintios 5:17
[17] De modo que si alguno está en Cristo, nueva criatura es ; las cosas viejas pasaron; he aquí, son hechas nuevas.

86. Se nos ha dicho por los profetas de Dios que vamos a tener una tierra nueva, un Cielo nuevo y una tierra nueva. Si Uds. quieren la Escritura de eso, es Apocalipsis 21. Yo se la puedo citar a Uds., la tengo aquí. Juan dijo: “Yo vi un cielo nuevo y una tierra nueva: porque el primer cielo y la primera tierra se fueron”. Ya no existían. Ahora, si vamos a tener una tierra nueva, la tierra vieja y la tierra nueva no pueden existir a la misma vez. O, el mundo nuevo y el mundo viejo no pueden existir a la misma vez. No puede haber dos sistemas de mundos a la misma vez. Ahora, para tener la tierra nueva, la vieja tiene que morir. Ahora, si la vieja tiene que morir, entonces está en dolores de parto para una nueva ahora.
I remember growing up as a child I would sit on the porch at night and just look at the stars. I couldn’t take my eyes away from them. I would turn to my brother and ask him, “What do you think is beyond the stars? There’s something more.” He would never look up. Even as a child something in my little heart was crying out for something else. A child believing that there was something beyond what this natural eye could see. I felt as though someone was watching me. I felt so out of place like some people in this world do. That’s because we are not of this world.
The Bible tells us of a man that was born blind from birth in John 9. Born in darkness. He had never seen in his whole life. Oh, what a terrible way to live.! The countenance of his mother and father unknown to him. The flowers, mountains, and valleys were a complete mystery. And then Jesus passes by. The scene went from terrible to terrific in no time. Jesus sends the blind man to the pool of Siloam with little patties of clay on his eyes. The man went and washed no questions asked and received his sight. For the first time in his life he saw what people called the sun. I am imagine that as he made his way home he saw beautiful flowers. He had so many questions. What is this? And this? As he makes his way home he hears a very familiar voice. He saw the woman that had taken care of him his whole life. What a moment that must have been. A moment filled with happiness and tears of joy.
Brothers and sisters that’s how we come into this world. Spiritual blindness is such a terrible thing. When Jesus comes into our lives we see things we had never seen. It’s another world filled with joy and happiness. Peace that surpasses all understanding. The best is yet to come. How we long to see Him face to face. The one that called us. Old things have passed away; behold all things are become new.
2 Corinthians 5:17
[17] Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
John 9
65-0124 - "Birth Pains"
86 We are told by God’s prophets that we are to have a new earth, a new Heaven and a new earth. If you want Scripture of that, it’s Revelation 21. I could quote it for you, have it here. John said, “I saw a new Heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and first earth was passed away.” It was gone. Now, if we’re to have a new earth, the old earth and the new earth cannot exist at the same time. Or, the new world and the old world cannot exist at the same time. There can’t be two world orders together at the same time. Now, in order to get the new earth, the old one has to die. Now, if the old one has to die, then it’s giving birth pains for a new one now.
