¿Estamos dispuestos a tener un dolor momentario por un gozo eterno? ¿Estamos dispuestos a no hacer lo que la carne nos dice por agradar a Dios? Estamos dispuestos a sufrir un poco por cumplir la palabra de Dios? Esto requiere fe. Requiere que creamos que Dios nos va dara algo mejor, algo mas importante y algo eterno a camibio de negarnos a nosotros mismos. Pero no es fácil. No es facil decir no a algo que se mira inmediato y tan placentero. Y esa tarea se vuelve todavia mas dificil cuando estamos pasando por dificultad o nos sentimos debiles. En esos momentos sin fuerzas, lo unico que aveces nuestro cuerpo quiere es un poco de alivio y algo que calme nuestro dolor. Pero quiereo decirle que si usted tiene fe para creer que el gusto momentario no vale la pena y que Dios le quiere dar algo mas grande a cambio de su sacificio entonces ud va poder pasar el momento malo y recibira su recompensa cuando todo haya pasado. En este dia, escoga sufrir con los hijos de Dios, escoga el dolor pasajero y recuerde que hay un galardo al final del camino!
Hebreos 11.24–26
24 Por la fe Moisés, hecho ya grande, rehusó llamarse hijo de la hija de Faraón,
25 escogiendo antes ser maltratado con el pueblo de Dios, que gozar de los deleites temporales del pecado,
26 teniendo por mayores riquezas el vituperio de Cristo que los tesoros de los egipcios; porque tenía puesta la mirada en el galardón.
65-1207 - "Liderazgo"
88 Y Moisés era un gobernante joven y rico, para convertirse en Faraón. Era hijo de Faraón y heredero del trono, y miraba hacia lo imposible, un montón de lodosos, un montón de esclavos. Pero por fe vio la promesa de Dios a través de la Palabra, …Y estimó que (aleluya) riquezas mayores que todos los tesoros de Egipto, porque abandonó a Egipto sin saber adónde iba. Fue guiado por Cristo. Él abandonó. Y tenía su pie en el trono; podría haber sido el próximo faraón en Egipto. Pero estimó el reproche de Cristo, el reproche: ser llamado el extraño, ser llamado fanático, tomar su lugar entre los fanáticos y los fanáticos, porque vio que la hora en que la Escritura era prometido cumplirse estaba allí entonces. Y, ¡oh, iglesia, despierta! ¿No puedes ver lo mismo esta noche? La hora que ha sido prometida está sobre nosotros. Consideren el reproche de Jesucristo como una riqueza mayor que toda la comunión de cualquier cosa, si es padre y madre, iglesia, cualquier otra cosa. ¡Siga el liderazgo del Espíritu!
A Temporary Pain
Are we willing to have a momentary pain for eternal joy? Are we willing not to do what the flesh tells us to please God? Are we willing to suffer a little to keep God's word? This requires faith. It requires that we believe that God will give us something better, something more important and something eternal in exchange for denying ourselves. But it is not easy. It is not easy to say no to something that looks immediate and so pleasant. And that task becomes even more difficult when we are going through difficulties or feeling weak. In those moments without strength, the only thing our body sometimes wants is a little relief and something to calm our pain. But I want to tell you that if you have faith to believe that the momentary pleasure is not worth it and that God wants to give you something greater in exchange for your sacrifice then you will be able to pass the bad moment and you will receive your reward when everything is over. On this day, choose to suffer with the children of God, choose temporary pain and remember that there is a prize at the end of the road!
Hebrews 11:24–26

25 Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;
26 Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward.
65-1207 - "Leadership"
88 And Moses was a rich young ruler, to become a Pharaoh. He was Pharaoh's son and was heir to the throne.And he looked out to the impossible, a bunch of mud-daubers, a bunch of slaves. But by faith he saw the promise of God through the Word, that his people would sojourn in a strange land for four hundred years, but would be brought out by a mighty hand. And he esteemed that (hallelujah) greater riches than all the treasures of Egypt, for he forsook Egypt not knowing where he was going. He was led by Christ. He forsook. And he had his foot on the throne; he could've been the next Pharaoh in Egypt. But he esteemed the reproach of Christ---the reproach: to be called that odd one, be called that fanatic, to take his place with the mud-daubers and the fanatics---because he seen that the hour that the Scripture was promised to be fulfilled was there then. And, oh, church, wake up! Can't you see the same thing tonight? The hour that's been promised is on us.Esteem the reproach of Jesus Christ greater riches than all the fellowship of anything---if it's father and mother, church, anything else. Follow the leadership of the Spirit!
