Dios Lo Devolvera
Cuando Dios hablo con Abraham y le pidió que le ofreciera a Isaac, su único hijo, esa era la prueba mas grande que Abraham jamas había experimentado. Abraham solo sabia que tenia que llevar su cuchillo y la leña y su hijo a una montaña para que allí lo sacrificara al Señor. Sin embargo, él no iba triste ni con temor, sino con fe! La fe le dio a él la valentía que el necesitaba para hacer lo que él iba hacer. La fe le dio la seguridad a Abraham de saber que si Dios le estaba pidiendo a su hijo era porque Dios se lo iba a regresar. Abraham sabia que Dios podia resucitar a Isaac aun de los muertos. Imaginese Ud! Abraham no tuvo miedo sacrificar a su hijo porque creía que Dios se lo iba a regresar. Oh que nosotros tuviéramos esa fe! Qué supiéramos sin duda alguna que cualquier cosa que nosotros sacrifiquemos por Dios, él nos la va regresar. Y cualquier cosa que Dios nos quita es porque él nos va ha dar algo mejor! Dios no es deudor de nadie y nosotros no podemos darle más a Dios que lo que el nos da a nosotros! Hermanos, recordemos que si Dios nos quita algo, no es para siempre. Un día él nos lo dará una ves más a manos llenas.
Quiero decir, que Dios nos pidió a su hija, nuestra hermana Florencia el domingo pasado. Pero recuerde que un día, muy pronto, él nos va permitir abrazarla y mirarla y platicar con ella por toda la eternidad!
Hebreos 11:17–19
17 Por la fe Abraham, cuando fue probado, ofreció a Isaac; y el que había recibido las promesas ofrecía su unigénito,
18 habiéndosele dicho: En Isaac te será llamada descendencia;
19 pensando que Dios es poderoso para levantar aun de entre los muertos, de dónde, en sentido figurado, también le volvió a recibir.

13 Imagínense a Isaac como de doce años de edad, un muchachito hermoso, de pelo ensortijado y ojos marrones. Me imagino cómo se sentirían aquella hermosa madre joven y su padre. Pero un día Dios le dijo: "Te haré padre de naciones, por medio de este muchacho; pero quiero que lo lleves a la montaña que Yo te mostraré y lo sacrifiques allí". ¿Pueden imaginárselo?
A usted nunca se le ha pedido pasar por una prueba como esa, El no hace eso hoy, esos fueron ejemplos, sombras.
¿Tuvo miedo Abraham? No señor, él dijo: "Estoy completamente persuadido que Él puede levantarlo de los muertos, porque yo lo recibí como de entre los muertos. Si el mandamiento de Dios me dijo que lo hiciera, he permanecido fiel y ha dado resultados, me ha dado el hijo; Dios puede levantarlo de los muertos, de donde yo lo recibí como una figura".
¡Oh, mi hermano y amigo! Si Dios les da a ustedes el Espíritu Santo y el don de hablar en lenguas, ¡cuánto más deberían ustedes creer en Su Poder de Sanidad, Su Bondad y Misericordia! Él hizo eso en contra de todos los teólogos de la nación, los que dijeron que no podía ser así, pero Dios lo hizo porque lo prometió. Entonces párese con su Fusil, Su Palabra, Su Espada, crea la Palabra de Dios. Dios lo dijo y eso arregla todo.
God Will Give It Back
When God spoke to Abraham and asked him to offer Isaac, his only son, that was the greatest test Abraham had ever experienced. Abraham only knew that he had to take the knife and the wood and his son to a mountain so that he could sacrifice him to the Lord there. However, he was not sad or afraid, but had faith! Faith gave him the courage he needed to do what he was going to do. Faith gave Abraham the security of knowing that if God was asking for his son it was because God was going to give him back. Abraham knew that God could raise Isaac even from the dead. Imagine! Abraham was not afraid to sacrifice his son because he believed that God was going to give him back. Oh that we had that faith! That we knew without a doubt that whatever we sacrifice for God, he will return it to us. And whatever God takes from us is because he is going to give us something better! God is not in debt to anyone and we cannot give more to God than what he gives to us! Brethren, let us remember that if God takes something from us, it is not forever. One day he will give it to us one more time with full hands.
I want to say that God asked us for his daughter, our sister Florence, last Sunday. But remember that one day, very soon, he will allow us to hold her and look at her and talk with her for all eternity!
Hebrews 11:17–19
17 By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son,
18 Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called:
19 Accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure.

13 The patriarch ... after this boy being born... Could you imagine Isaac about twelve years old, lovely little curly-haired boy, little brown eyes? I'd imagine how that mother felt---beautiful young woman---and so, and his father.
And one day God said (now, for an example, for way off, the hours that is to come), "I've made you father of nations through this boy. But I want you to take this boy up on the top of the mountain that I'll show you, and I want you to kill him up there, for a sacrifice." Could you imagine that? Now, you've never been asked to go through a test like that. He doesn't do that now. That was examples, shadows.
Did Abraham fear? No, sir! Abraham said this: "I'm fully persuaded that He's able to raise him up from the dead; for I received him as one from the dead. And if that commandment of God told me to do this, and I've stayed true to it, and it paid off to have given me the son; God's able to raise him from the dead from which I received him as a figure."
Oh, my, friends! If God give you Pentecostals the Holy Ghost speaking in tongues, how much more ought you to believe his healing power, and his goodness and mercy? He did that against all the theologians in the country. They said it couldn't be done. But God did it because He promised it. Then stand by your guns, your word, your sword. Believe the Word of God. God said so---that settles it.
