7 Entonces Jehová Dios formó al hombre del polvo de la tierra, y sopló en su nariz aliento de vida, y fue el hombre un ser viviente.

Cuando pienso en cómo es que el hombre fue formado, me recuerdo de que la cascara de nuestro cuerpo es solamente polvo. Dios formo al hombre del polvo y un día vamos a regresar al polvo. Sin embargo, le damos demasiada importancia a este polvo. La verdad es que este cuerpo no es lo mas importante que tenemos, sino el alma que esta adentro de este cuerpo. Este cuerpo es débil y frágil y esta propenso a caer. Este cuerpo es un cuerpo similar a los animales y desea las cosas de los animales y quiere actuar como los animales. Sin embargo, adentro de mí esta una alma. Esta alma es eterna y esta alma esta hecha a la imagen de Dios y desea las cosas de Dios y quiere actuar como Dios. En este día, quiero darle más importancia a lo que verdaderamente importa, lo cual es el alma que esta gimiendo adentro de mi y que necesita de Dios! En este día quiero alimentarme por dentro antes de alimentar lo de afuera. Quiero no hacerle tanto caso a mi cuerpo, pero hacerle caso a la sed que mi alma tiene!

33 No hace mucho, yo estaba parado junto a un museo. Había allí una fotografía de un hombre que pesaba 150 libras. E hicieron el análisis de la química de su cuerpo. Y él valía 84 centavos de dólar. Eso es todo lo que vale un hombre de 150 libras: 84 centavos. Pero él seguramente se pondrá un sombrero de 10 dólares sobre esos 84 centavos y pensará que es algo grande. Eso es cierto. Qué es lo que pasa? El amor de Dios lo lleva a Ud. a algún lado. Eso es correcto.Qué es? Todavía son 84 centavos. Ud. cuida muy bien eso. Pero esa alma vale diez mil mundos, y Ud. deja que le hagan tragar cualquier cosa. Eso es cierto. Esa es la verdad.

7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

When I think about how man was formed, I remind myself that the shell of our body is only dust. God formed man from dust and one day we will return to dust. However, we give too much importance to this powder. The truth is that this body is not the most important thing we have, but the soul that is inside this body. This body is weak and fragile and prone to falling. This body is an animal-like body and wants the things of animals and wants to act like animals. However, inside me is a soul. This soul is eternal and this soul is made in the image of God and desires the things of God and wants to act like God. On this day, I want to give more importance to what really matters, which is the soul that is groaning inside of me and that needs God! On this day I want to feed myself inside before feeding the outside. I want not to pay so much attention to my body, but to pay attention to the thirst that my soul has!

A woman will wrap that eighty-four cents up in a hundred dollar fur coat and won't speak to half her neighbors.
